Mr. Chow was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1980.  He is one of the founding members of the firm and is the Senior Partner.

He was appointed as a China-Appointed Attesting Officer by the Department of Judiciary of the People’s Republic of China.

Mr. Chow holds a master's degree in law and has extensive experience in conveyancing, banking, securities and credit, international commercial transactions and international insolvency.   

He was formerly the legal advisor of Wing Lung Bank Ltd. (1993 to 1997), before assuming the role of legal advisor of Wing Hang Bank Ltd. (1997 to 2001). 

In the past 20 years, he gave various legal lectures and seminars for bankers and insurance companies (including Hong Kong – PRC cross border financial arrangement as well as the new PRC Property Act seminars, etc.)  

Rowland was appointed as the member of the Complaint Committee of the Hong Kong Broadcasting Authority and the member of the Complaint Committee of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority.

Arthur was a co-founder of Rowland Chow, Chan & Co and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1992. He specialises in the areas of litigation. His area of practice includes personal injury, employee compensation, bank litigation, insurance litigation, commercial litigation, general litigation and conveyancing work.

He also has experience in prosecuting and defending claims in all levels of courts, involving fraud, property / land related dispute, tenancy and building management disputes, family and inheritance dispute, professional negligence, contentious probate, employment, shareholders dispute, HKMA and SFC investigations, insolvency matters and non-contentious probate applications.

Selina graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong in 1988 and was admitted as solicitor of Hong Kong in 1990. 

Selina specialises in assisting local and international individual and corporate clients to deal with Hong Kong property law.  Her expertise is also of value to her clients requiring holistic advice on other matters including banking, lending, civil litigation, corporate and commercial operations, family law, civil celebrant, mediation, and other related legal matters. 

She is also the legal counsel of several listed companies and private companies and institutions in Hong Kong. She is capable of handling cases related to listed companies. 

Selina holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Laws degree from the City University of Hong Kong.

Malcolm joined the firm in 2022 as a trainee solicitor under Mr Rowland Chow and was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2024. He is currently an Associate of the firm.

He is developing his practice on a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters together with contentious and non-contentious probate claims and applications. Malcolm is also versed in the drafting of wills, enduring power of attorneys, estate administration and conveyancing transactions.

Malcolm graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Laws with honours and obtained his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same.

Malcolm is fluent in English and Cantonese.
